Funk Fusion Stage School is a non-competitive show based school operating in Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Clare and caters for students aged 3 to adults. Styles include hip-hop, creative, modern, contemporary, gymnastics, drama and singing. The school is about integration and encouraging each individual to develop their talent and grow as a person and to build self-esteem and confidence with the stage as their platform. The school is about unity, understanding and listening to all students.

Marcella writes, produces, directs, choreographs and is the drama and singing coach, costume designer, hair and make-up designer, lighting director and event manager for all her shows.
